A tool to develop entrepreneurial spirit to apply nto your work.

6. Strategic Planning:

Create a team’s mission and actionable plan to move toward an innovative team. Set key
measurement matrix and define your team’s target characteristics.

Featured Activity:

“The Medical Mystery of 21st Century”

When half of the world population fallen sick with an unknown cause, We need you to work together to solve the biggest medical mystery of the 21st century!

★ Learn Innovative Culture through a mystery puzzle game.
★ Experience the thought process behind an innovative process and team culture.
★ Understand entrepreneur thinking

✓ Participants are briefed on the mission scenarios and goals.
✓ Participants are given tools, resources, and information on how to best play the game.
✓ Split into teams, each team has to plan and manage work together over the set time. (1-4 days)
✓ Based on the result submission, the winning team provides most correct answers and decisions.

Game Type: Strategic Board Game

Time: 2 hours and a half

  • We incorporate collaborative virtual discussion using an easy-to-use digital board. Participants reflect on their learning, share their thoughts and complete exercises together on a virtual platform.

  • With our live session format, participants get to learn directly from the expert and from each other.
