While remote working, leaders find it challenging to build trust and create an inclusive work environment. This virtual workshop takes you through challenges that distributed teams experience, learn how to develop alliance and work collaboratively to achieve goals.

An opening activity to get people to learn about each other.

2. Introduction to Team vs Workgroup

A talk on the definition of team, teamwork and workgroup.

3. Workshop Activity:

1-2-3 React

A discussion activity on to shift mindset on what does it mean to be a high performer in an effective team.

4. Productivity vs Positivity

A talk on the 4 quadrant matrix and the balance between Productivity and Positivity.

5. The Five Dysfunctions of a Team

Looking at what makes a dysfunctional team and learn what behaviours to leverage to build a high-performing team.

6. ABCD of Trust

The four distinct elements that made up the behaviors of trusting individuals, -> Capability Formula

“In Any Case”

Team Discussion activity on Integrity demonstration.

Team Agility & Agile Way of Works

1. Session Opening Activity:

Secure That Deal

An opening activity to introduce Team Agility concept.

2. Introduction to Team Agility and Agile Methodology:

A talk on the definition of team, teamwork and workgroup.

3. Workshop Activity:

Teamup Toolbox

A team discussion activity on the 5 Phrase of Team Development and agile tools.

4. Game Simulation:

The Colony - Land of the Lost

A first part of the virtual simulation game, replicating the teamwork within the traditional project management and workflow.

5. Game Simulation:

The Colony - People for Glory

A second part of the virtual simulation game. Participants play in teams to experience the agile way of works.

6. Workshop Activity:

Agile Agreement Canvas

A team brainstorming activity to practice develop team strategy for forming a high-performance team.

7. Workshop Summary & Celebration

The announcement of the winning team from the activities, recapping the learning, and conclude the workshop.

Featured Activity:

“The Colony” Virtual Team Simulation Game

Highly engaging mission-driven simulation game to experience the agile way of works.

★ Learn agile working through a virtual game.
★ Experience the process of building a high-performance team
★ Understand leadership thinking

✓ Participants are briefed on the mission scenarios and goals.
✓ Participants are given tools, resources, and information on how to best play the game.
✓ Split into teams, each team has to plan and manage work together over the set time. (1-4 days)
✓ Based on the result submission, the winning team provides most correct answers and decisions.
